    According to the menu on its Web site, the new CWE restaurant called ~scape will have a $42 prime, 4-week-aged (not specified dry or wet)ribeye.

    There was a good article in the NYT several months ago about the $40 entree and menu engineering. The goal of the $40 entree is really to sell more of the $35 (or whatever the second-most-expensive dish costs) entree.
