Thanks for the link to the Business-Journal article. The interview itself was okay -- though I cringed to hear Maria Hickey say something along the lines of "Why St. Louis? We Midwesterns aren't foodies, you know?" All that was missing was a Cletus the Slack-Jawed Yokel-type guffaw.
