Dinner From the Market

Tandoori seasoned chicken; braised swiss chard; dehydrated tomato; roasted pattypan; pine nuts; goat cheese

Last Wednesday at the Maplewood Farmer’s Market I went home with beautiful Swiss chard from Root Cellar owner Walker Claridge and pattypan squash from Claverach Farm . Tonight along with some Goatsbeard Farm chevre it became dinner. You can just make out my dehydrated juliett tomatoes in there too. Wanting to master my camera a little better, I figured I’d snap some pictures. It was delicious.
