Roughest Food Ever

I’ll eat just about anything once — I have my limits though, and they are drawn somewhere before the balut eggs of the Philippines.

I also thought Balut was always served hard-boiled. I’ve never seen it like that. There’s no way I could eat it in that form. I think I would try the regular hard boiled version, though it would be hard. Andrew Zimmern made it sound really yummy on Bizarre foods…
