		<description>I also thought Balut was always served hard-boiled. I&#039;ve never seen it like that. There&#039;s no way I could eat it in that form. I think I would try the regular hard boiled version, though it would be hard. Andrew Zimmern made it sound really yummy on Bizarre foods...</description>
