Green Eggs, No Ham

I’ve seen varying shades of brown eggs. And I’ve obviously seen white eggs.
But, outside of Easter, not until Matt gave Mike and I some eggs from his chickens a few weeks ago had I seen eggs ranging so wildly from brown to blue to green.
And of course nothing says fresh like hay and chicken poo.
