The restaurant space on The Hill formerly occupied by Space was bought by Mark Erker who also owns Catering St. Louis. It will become a new catering location called Oliva (pronounced OH-LEE-VA).
Mark bought the building that was most recently the restaurant Space on The Hill and is transforming it into a modern Napa wine country meets old Italy Mediterranean sensation. The outdoor area boasts a beautiful pergola, with a water feature and a wine bar.

Incidentally, I wouldn’t ordinarily comment on event spaces, but it sounds like they did a lot of renovation to the space and it might be kind of cool if you were in need.
