See, you didn’t realize when I posted about making them at home the other day that I was gearing up for the big day, but it is now upon us and today, Sunday April 6, 2008, is the 78th birthday of the Twinkie.
Of course there are many optimal ways to celebrate the most delicious of artificial foodstuffs, and while catching up on Twinkie history is clearly the best place to start, here are a more suggestions for toasting the king of snack cakes.
