		<description>Didn&#039;t he already have a failed restaurant?  
Maybe he&#039;s looking to reach a broader audience.  Maybe he&#039;s looking to make some money.  A place that&#039;s more approachable ( a burger bar) vs a more upscale dining experience is going to do just that.  Not to mention the state of the economy.  Restaurants are dropping like flies.  Those that are mid range, stick to the basics, are flourishing because people still have to eat.  
I&#039;d love to eat at his burger place.  You know he&#039;s going to come up with some crazy, fun stuff. That&#039;s why I think these guys are choosing this route.  They can still be creative, and have customers come back again and again, bring their kids, maybe.  
There&#039;s no shame in cooking burgers for a living if you do it right.</description>
