Mark Curran was initially planning to do a Tomato salad. I’m calling him tomorrow to iron out his exact item so I’ll know more tomorrow. Mostly though the guys are all pretty stoked about pork this year and, try as I might to steer them away from all using the same protein, it’s looking to be a bit of a pork throw down.
