I know what a muffin top is. It’s a precursor to the FUPA. I just thought there was an inside joke (or at least one I didn’t get) given the the post title, and lack ofr explanation.

It is an ad for corn syrup. What can I really say about that? I think Ellie and I rewound and watched it about five times when we first saw it because we were basically speechless.

I’m not usually a glass-half-full kind of guy, but maybe the fact the industry felt it necessary to make such a commercial is a sign that things are turning, however slightly, against them?
