Good stuff, I run a big named pizza restaurant, but I love checking out smaller shops that have a much better quality pizza. I must check it out.

Adam, I definitely think that getting a par-cooked pizza and finishing it at home is the best way to go. I’ve admittedly never done it, though. The guys at La Pizza were the ones telling me I should be asking for it.

Do you think it would be better if the pizza places gave us a 80% cooked pizza then we heated it up at home? I never really thought about that the box is steaming the pizza before

Nice piece (the blog post, although I suppose the pizza qualifies too). New York-style is actually my favorite pizza (although I can’t say there’s any pizza I *dislike*). Sounds like I should check out La Pizza some time… and perhaps we should meet up at Mario’s sometime too.
