A more literal chef quiz

anichef

Brace yourself because this is the incredibly lame sort of thing that can only happen on the internet.

I found it while trying to find out who actually posted the vegetable quiz’s by name instead of just email address so I could credit him.

I bring you the “Which celebrity chef are you?” quiz.

It’s a British quiz so a couple of the things are a little skewed towards their palate, but surprisingly what I eat when I’m cooking for myself really is shepherd’s pie.

I’m a bit embarrassed I bothered to take the quiz, but as the obvious comment would be “which one are you” if I didn’t, I am Jamie Oliver.

That makes me mildly uncomfortable, but when I really think about the food I cook at home, it’s probably pretty accurate.

Top Gear

Clearly food is my thing, so when one of my newly favorite TV shows Top Gear hinted at the fact that the star of one of my other favorite TV shows had been on, I went in search of the footage in the one place I knew it would be.

And of course I found it.

Top Gear by the way is one of the funniest shows I have ever seen in my life, and the other fav is specifically the UK Kitchen Nightmares.

Jamie Oliver Whacks Some Chickens

noliver…in his new social documentary.

Seriously.

I was all geared up to make my own comment about this but I really don’t think I can top the first commenter who said this before getting into his slight save the animals tangent:

So, let’s get this clear: the presenter was trying to make a point to the general public.

The point was: animals should not be mistreated by humans.

He then demonstrates the cruelty on a defenseless animal.

It matters not a jot to the animal on the receiving end of the abuse whether the perpetrator was a presenter, a slaughterhouse person, a rich or poor person or anyone else…
